PLEASE NOTE: The nurseries will all be upstairs. The 0-23 months will be in the nursery behind the sanctuary and the 2-3 year olds will be in the nursery across from the church office. The Preschool children’s church will be in the classroom next to the office.
JH and HS Superbowl parties are this Sunday, February 3, starting at 5:30pm. JH will meet at the Martinez home, and the HS will be in the Youth Room.
Haviland Friends Church was awarded the SCCF/YMAD Community Grant from South Central Community Foundation for 2018 to create a Foster Closet. This closet is to be filled with supplies from the grant and the local community to assist families who foster children and/or adopt in Kiowa County, Kansas. If you would like to assist in keeping these items on hand or with deliveries when items are needed or know of a foster/adopt need, please contact the church at 620-862-5258.
The JH Bible Quiz team placed 2nd and 4th at the first meet in Hugoton on January 12.
New Church Directories are available in the foyer on the welcome center. Please take one per household.
There will be a parent & student meeting at 4:00pm on February 10 for all who are planning to go on the Houston missions trip over spring break.
Faithweaver Friends would love to be able to serve homemade cookies to the children with their Wednesday night meals. If you are able to provide cookies, please let Traci know and drop them off in the kitchen by Wednesday at 5:00pm! Thank you from the Wednesday night kitchen crew!
