Junior High Bible Quiz practice this Sunday, Nov. 10, from 5:00-6:00pm at HFC.

Junior High Hangout is this Sunday, Nov. 10, at Josh and Marcy Bunce’s house from 6:00-7:30pm.

We are having a Baby Dedication Sunday on November 17, during the morning worship service. If you would like to participate, please contact Jo Ross or Pastor Todd.

Thanksgiving Potluck: Mark your calendars to attend the all-church Thanksgiving Potluck on Sunday, November 24. Please bring a main and side dish/dessert to share.

If you would be willing to be a last minute nursery substitute when we need help on Sunday mornings, please let the office know (for 7th grade and older).

If you have any (packed and ready) Operation Christmas Child boxes you would like to donate, please bring them to the church by November 12.

Friends Women is hosting EFM missionaries A. and M. A. on Nov. 21, at 7:00pm in the Youth Room. Everyone is invited to come to hear them share about their work in Bangladesh. Light refreshments will be served.

Time of Prayer – The church will be open for a time of prayer starting this Sunday, November 10, at 7:00pm. A gathering of God’s people, crying out in prayer to Him for a fresh touch personally, corporately and for the salvation of the lost.

Quaker Night for JH and HS Youth – Next Sunday, Nov. 17, from 4:30-6:30pm, HFC will be hosting Quaker Night, a regional Friends youth event for Junior High and High School students. Youth from surrounding area Friends churches will be traveling to Haviland to partake in an evening of worship and fellowship.

Informative Webinar from Everence – Performing a financial health check-up! You go to the doctor once a year for a physical; do it with your finances too on Thursday, Nov. 14, at 2:00pm and 8:00pm.

No Faithweavers or Youth Group on Wednesday, November 27. The church office will be closed on November 27 & 28 for Thanksgiving.

The Youth Bazaar fundraiser for the high school Mexico Missions trip is Sunday, December 8, at 7:00pm. Any new items you would like to donate can be delivered to Michael or Traci’s office by December 4. All food donations and baked goods can be brought the day of the auction. Thank you for your support of our youth!

Connect with HFC’s College Freshmen: We want to make sure our college freshmen, who are away at college, know that their church and community continue to support them and pray over them. We invite you to connect with a specific student by taking one of the index cards off of the poster by the elevator in the foyer if you would be willing to send that student a care package and find a way to communicate with them by letter, email, text or phone call. If you have any questions, please contact Mallorie Scott.

Barclay College Play Production – December 6 & 7 Tickets are on sale for Barclay College’s next play production, Much Ado About Nothing (with a little swing). The play is December 6 & 7 at 7:00pm. You can purchase tickets online at barclaycollege.edu/swing. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. Call Randi Shetley if you have any questions.
